With a comprehensive questionnaire about your business and goals, we get to work! Following your sign-up and subscription, you will be prompted to complete our client intake form. After which you will be able to schedule an introductory call with your dedicated account manager. Taking your responses from the client intake form, our team will map out and present to you a roadmap to success. There you will receive the opportunity to ask additional questions and give your input on the future direction of your accounts.

Congrats on your decision to join the DA2GO family! You should receive your payment confirmation in a welcome email immediately following your online sign-up. You will also be prompted to complete our client intake form, which is a comprehensive information gathering survey and a list of required assets for account set-up. If your plan includes a dedicated account manager, this email will include a calendar to schedule a discovery meeting for you and your DA2GO representative.
As soon as you enlist our services, the entire DA2GO team will be working for you! At the “DA2GO RUN” level, online customer support is available. Starting at the DA2GO DRIVE” level, you will have a dedicated account manager as well as unlimited online support. Following your initial sign-up and completion of our client intake form, you will be prompted to schedule an introductory call with your account manager. Your dedicated account manager will be available via email/phone and will set up a monthly meeting schedule that works best for you and your team.
Yes, we embrace all forms of media content and can do it all! Based on our research into your target market(s) and how they engage on social media, we will recommend a creative strategy that could include all or some of the above. Depending on the plan you select, your monthly content calendar includes a specified number of custom graphics and stock imagery selects. DA2GO can provide in-house photo/video, animation, and graphic design teams to produce all media forms at additional cost. While reposting is not usually the best use of our services, we can discuss how/if re-posting can specifically add value for your audiences and build market authority for your brand. Likewise, if contests and/or giveaway campaigns are a viable strategy for your product/service offering, we can develop these and manage their implementation. Depending on the scale and scope of this work, these campaigns may involve additional fees.
No problem, we got you! Once we determine the channels most frequently used by your target audience(s), we will make a recommendation on which platform(s) will be most productive. We can work with you to establish their initial set-up with bio content for a one-time fee of $299/channel.
We keep your login credentials and other sensitive business information safe using a zero-knowledge security model. We protect every access point with the best password protections available and are compliant with the most stringent industry standards for data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Yes, you and your team will approve direction and concepts outlined in the content calendar. The DA2GO team will be responsible for crafting and posting content that aligns with the approved creative vision and brand voice. Through your DA2GO account portal, you will be notified by email when the content calendar is available for you to review/approve.
We actively encourage clients to supplement their monthly calendar with their content. Once we have begun the management of your account, the DA2GO team will handle the posting of all content to ensure cohesion and consistency in branding, tone, strategy, and more. Your DA2GO account manager will discuss best practices with you in more detail.
Yes, at our “DRIVE” plan and above, we monitor your channels daily to be able to respond to comments/questions in a timely fashion. If there is anything we cannot answer directly regarding your business, we will contact you via email to obtain the necessary information. Each plan also includes a focused allotment of time per day for community engagement that is used to like and follow relevant accounts and posts.
We will apply 75% of your pre-determined monthly budget to boost all posts, but will measure performance and allocate the remaining budget to your best-performing post(s).
While it is true that one post can get attention, a new social media strategy requires time for implementation and to gather the traction that allows trends in engagement to emerge. We know we can deliver results, but if for any reason, after your initial 6-months of service you are not 100% satisfied, you can cancel your subscription. If you wish to cancel service during your initial 6 month contract, as long as we receive your termination request within the first 7 days of the month, we will refund you for that month.
